Terms & Conditions — b88888

1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and b88888 ("b88888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the b88888 website accessible at https://b88888.cam and all associated services, features and content.

b88888 is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform. Our primary audience includes adult users located across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — as well as internationally where permitted. The platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots and related gaming services.

b88888 operates under an international licence framework. We do not hold or claim a Pakistani gambling licence. We are not approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. This document is not legal advice.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and b88888.

2.Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3.Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to register an Account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on b88888. Age verification may be required at registration, before a first withdrawal or at any time during the operation of your Account. b88888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on b88888. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from bonus activity.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must keep that information updated. Any Account registered with false, misleading or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3.4 Jurisdiction Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. b88888 does not make any representation as to the legality of gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Users accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk. b88888 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at any time.

4.Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b88888 immediately by contacting our support team. b88888 will investigate any such report and may temporarily suspend the Account during that investigation.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

b88888 may require you to complete identity verification at any time. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Accounts where KYC requirements are not satisfied within a reasonable period may have withdrawal privileges suspended until compliance is achieved.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period as specified in the operator's account management policy may be classified as inactive. Administrative fees or balance adjustments may apply to inactive Accounts in accordance with the operator's current policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address before any adjustment is made.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed using the payment methods available in the Account cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and processing times are set by the operator and the relevant payment provider. b88888 references familiar Pakistan payment touchpoints — such as bank transfers, local wallets and cryptocurrency — but the availability of any specific method is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where required by the operator.
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or restriction flags.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Account's available real-money balance.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method and are not guaranteed. b88888 makes no representation as to specific payout timelines. Users will be notified at each stage of the withdrawal process.

5.3 Currency

Transactions may be denominated in the currency available in your Account as set by the operator. PKR amounts referenced on the platform are illustrative unless your Account is specifically configured for PKR transactions. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the payment provider.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

b88888 operates in compliance with AML obligations applicable under the operator's licence. We reserve the right to request the source of funds documentation, to hold funds pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities if required to do so by applicable law or licence conditions.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by b88888 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address and device.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered at the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirements; contribution percentages vary by game type and are disclosed in the bonus terms.
• Bonus offers are not transferable and carry no cash value until wagering conditions are met.
• b88888 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements state how many times a bonus amount — or a combined bonus and deposit amount — must be wagered before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a Bonus of PKR 1,000 means that PKR 30,000 must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested in respect of winnings derived from that bonus. These are illustrative figures only; actual requirements are stated per-promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus structures — including through the creation of multiple Accounts, use of prohibited betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordination with other users — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, cancellation of associated winnings and may lead to permanent Account closure.

7.Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

b88888 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. Bets placed in excess of stated maximum limits may be reduced or refused. Odds and lines are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

7.2 Sports Betting

Markets are available on cricket (including Pakistan Super League, ICC T20 and other international tournaments), football, UFC and other sports. Settlement of bets follows the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the operator's determination is final.

7.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot machines, are supplied by third-party software providers. RTP rates are published by the game provider and are available in the game information panel. Past outcomes do not influence future results. b88888 makes no guarantee of winnings.

7.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game or bet, b88888 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return any real-money stakes to the player's Account balance. This applies whether the malfunction resulted in an apparent win or loss.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b88888:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the platform using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform to launder money or finance any unlawful activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or tools to interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors or glitches in the platform's software or games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, distributing or reproducing any part of the platform's software or content.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and may result in legal action where the conduct involves criminal activity.

9.Responsible Gambling

b88888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to assist users in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount a player can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and hard limits on continuous play duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term self-imposed breaks from gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal request to restrict access to the Account for an extended period.

Players experiencing difficulty with gambling are encouraged to use these tools and to seek external support. Full guidance is available on the Responsible Gambling page.

10.Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the b88888 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, software, databases, text and graphics — are owned by or licensed to b88888. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without express prior written consent from b88888.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b88888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• Interruptions to service, data transmission errors or delays caused by third-party infrastructure, including payment providers, internet service providers or game software suppliers.
• Any loss arising from the use of third-party payment services referenced on the platform.
• Any decision made by a user in reliance on information presented on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b88888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components.

12.Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by b88888

b88888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML/KYC non-compliance, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawal requests or KYC obligations must be resolved. Real-money balances after resolution will be returned to you via a method approved by the operator.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account — whether initiated by you or by b88888 — all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Any real-money balance in the Account at the time of closure (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned in accordance with the operator's refund policy.

13.Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. By using b88888, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms applicable under that licence framework, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you in your country of residence.

14.Amendments

b88888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of b88888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.2.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://b88888.cam/terms-conditions.
